We use Italian vegetables from "Satoyama Sapori" in Hisayama Town.It is a special vegetable produced by Mr. Kido, a producer who learned how to make it in Naples, Italy.Originally, Italian vegetables have a small domestic distribution volume, and some shops use alternative products. In our shop, we are particular about Italian vegetables and cook them.
